Several years ago we got together as a group of Christian homeschooling families in Whangarei and formed C.H.E.W. (Christian Home Educators Whangarei) which gathers regularly throughout the terms.
Sharyne Jaunay had it on her heart to create such a group for years, and with the arrival of Rosie Boom to Whangarei – it seemed like the right time!
We’ve since been inspired to put on a HEART Northland for homeschooling mothers – 2024 will be te 13th retreat held in Northland.
The HEART team is planning to gather after Easter 2024 to plan so watch the website and facebook page for updates. Please pray for the weekend, the team and those who God will call to attend. Offers of help and ideas are welcome to be emailed (heart.northland@gmail.com)
